We perform minor outpatient surgery in the surgical centre OPERA in Bern. The range of procedures includes proctological surgery, skin tumours, lipomas, umbilical hernias and scar corrections<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our setting allows an uncomplicated procedure without straining the hospital’s scarce resources. We offer patients a new infrastructure and a well-organised team with many years of experience. The time required for an operation is therefore very short and the corresponding costs are low.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Registration by referring physicians to Swiss1Chirurgie<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Direct registration by patients is also possible (depending on the insurance model)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rapid request for a surgical consultation (within 2 weeks)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Operation date within 1-4 weeks<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Outpatient surgery under general, partial or local anaesthesia (time required for patients 2-3 hours)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Follow-up checks by general practitioners; in the case of proctological procedures, one follow-up check by Dr A. Scheiwiller after 6 weeks<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
